The hotel staff are warm, friendly and attentive. I was greeted upon arriving by the valet service who directed me to the lobby for check-in. The person on duty was happy and courteous, found my reservation and asked if this was my first time staying with them (it was). He explained the services and asked the reason for my stay (visit the Getty Museum). He explained that the hotel runs a shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles, pick up and drop off, first come first serve. How convient. Once checked in, I received a call from the desk in my room asking if all was in order and if there was any service they could provide (needed more bath towels). Within minutes, the towels were delivered. Dining was upscale and ala carte. They have a Sunday buffet which is quite good. I had a very pleasant stay at a luxury hotel at a great price with a great room. The location was just off I-405 within Brentwood, near Bel Air and Beverly Hills.

Stayed for 5 days to attend several family functions. A lot of plusses: extremely friendly and accomodating staff, good food in the dining room, wonderful outdoor salt-water heated swimming pool, tennis court and fitness center, free use of PC and MAC in Business Center, very direct access to highway (I-405), well stocked room bar and goodies, nice sized room, some rooms with outside area. Only inconvenience is that recreation facilities and some rooms are at an upper level (with no elevator to the second floor) while some rooms and the remaining facilities are at a lower lever. Requires a walk or getting shuttled by a van. One negative was the $* a day parking fee. Rate obtained through the travel website was substantially lower than hotel's group rate. I would stay there again.

I?ll start off by saying that just walking into the hotel I knew I would love it. Totally chic. The staff were friendly all the way from the front door to the room service. The d?cor is great and beds were very comfortable. The spa?.amazing! Had a wonderful massage followed up with a great dinner on sunset Blvd that evening. Luxe Hotel had a great intimate feeling but big city vibe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to get the full LA experience or for just a quick little get away.

Not your typical hotel experience. The Luxe is ideal for a restful weekend get-away. The pool is small but elegant in an ""Classic Los Angeles"" sort of way. The Hotel is surrounded by eucalyptus trees- very classic LA. The service was fantastic. Room service great and rooms are huge. Saw the hotel ppol in an episode of ""Six Feet Under"" after we stayed there. Some who expect all-out luxury will miss the charm and comfort of this hotel.
