  Beds were good, toilet leaked, extended breakfast bar was a joke, parking was tight. planes fly almost overhead. i sleep sound so i didn't notice them in the night. ...

  Beds were good, Toilet leaked, Extended breakfast bar was a joke, Parking was tight. Planes fly almost overhead. I sleep sound so I didn't notice them in the night. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

  The worst hotel I ever stayed in. In fact, I didn't stay. even though my room was pre booked for seven nights and nonrefundable, i went down the road to another hotel. I could not sleep in the filth or even think of showering in the bathroom. Highly recommend not staying here.

  The airport shuttle never arrived to pick us up at the airport even after repeated phone calls to the hotel. the front desk blamed the shuttle company who blamed the ...

  The airport shuttle never arrived to pick us up at the airport even after repeated phone calls to the hotel. The front desk blamed the shuttle company who blamed the front desk. After waiting 1 hour, we took a taxi to the hotel at our cost. The front desk person didn't care at all. The hotel is in the flight path of airport with planes descending every few minutes so it was very noisy until around midnight. There are no places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is located by car rental places. The food delivered by the restaurant recommended by the hotel was awful. Hawaiian pizza came with sliced lunch meat and marashino cherries. We will never stay here again for any reason.
