The elevators took so long and were so packed at one point my girlfriend and I decded to walk down the 13 flights of stairs. The lobby is a mad house and you almost have a panic attack trying to get in and out. The restaurant has really bad hours. Finally, the parking is $* a day and it's beyond difficult to find a spot.

Beautiful hotel and room!, Our room was very quiet with a comfortable bed with soft linens and every ammenity! Excellent shuttle service to the airport and great price for Park and Fly package. There is a coffee shop in the Lobby that is open very early in the morning! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There are also lovely outdoor courtyards (secure) for relaxing.

I stayed at the Hilton LAX with my daughter and two small grandchildren. We commuted to Santa Monica to visit family daily. We rented a suite. It was perfect for our group. It was clean and enough room for all of us. The planes entertained the children and yet did not disturb us at all. It was quiet on our floor and a most enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was great and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was located on our floor, which I thought would be a bonus but it is more geared towards business people and not small children. The only drawback that I can think of.

Our stay at the Hilton was everything we had hoped for. The staff was friendly, room was very clean and newly decorated. Anything we needed was provided right away. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice for the price paid. I was able to check in 5 hours early and the room was clean and quiet even being next to the airport. Parking was $* per day self park and the spaces were tight but always found a spot. I would recommend this hotel as it is about 8 minutes from Manhattan Beach and about 25 minutes from Hollywood and the famous Sunset Strip.
